I've discussed more often than not with friends on the subject biodiversity and toleration of difference, and so was delighted to find some-one making use of this concept 'poly-identity,' here as result of mixed messages--after the attempt to pawn-off a product on unwary consumer--but why is it, WHY can't I find mention of bio-regionalism as a conceptual tool, that would seem to hold significance for some-one that lives in what for an outsideer is a border-line region. Perhaps my outside-in perspective will bring a fresh perspective to your conceptual sheme. Also, I'd be considerate to any news on the subject.
THANKS

uhhh how about no to both. Don't kill Muslims or Non-Muslims, but I'm definitely getting tired of people judging Muslims from pictures. Looking at this kid, his eyes tell thousand of stories...everything that makes him feel sad would make you feel sad as well. I would love to see you NOT look like that if you were raped, your house was on fire and then demolished and your mom and dad were cut into pieces in front of you by israeli soldiers....

Watch Democracy Now with Amy Goodman...she's jewish no worries.

I understand your point. However, unless a company like Dove, or something else as visually powerful within the media begins to show that beauty is relative and more valuable as an interior trait, then the train wreck continues. Unfortunately, it seems that this is the only way to help women feel of worth. The media made us believe we would be more valuable if we had thinner thighs, a smaller rib cage and large european eyes. Dove is now saying something different. In this instance, fire is best fought by more fire because we are so easily effected by the media. Furthermore, it is certainly less harmful in attempting to moisturize dry skin (which Dove is still obviously promoting) than feeling it is necessary for one to remove one of their ribs because their frame is too large (which Couture promotes-for their models and thus the rest of us).

Just a comment - there is a learner management system that combines all the academic features schools need (tests, grades, online course materials) with the social networking features you described. It's an excellent way to get the best of both worlds working together.

It's called Scholar360 LMS. Teachers love it because it's easy to use. Administrators love it because it's less expensive than many of the competitors out there. Students love it because they can build communities and feel more invested in their education.

Tara, the article is a little dated, but Pepsi is really the least of the problem when you have Lockheed-Martin (a military contractor), and war coverage is part of the business of news. But thanks for letting us know anyway. Please let the article authors know that their piece needs updating.
